Timer Stuck, Broken Leg, What to do?

My timer is stuck, it does not appear to be going down at all, no matter how long I leave it.

I was originally killed by a teleport hacker (yes we had proof and he was banned). But I was afk at the time so when I got back to my PC I saw the death screen and didn't know what happened. Loaded back in to being on the coast with a broken leg, bleeding, and unconscious.

The bleeding stopped on it's own for some reason but I'm stuck here with a broken leg and a non-moving timer. What can I do?
