The only problem with a bicycle is that you can't do a thing about slowing down once you start bombing down a hill, where as on a motorbike you can.

Turn uphill while applying brakes... you'll come to a stop in 10 meters. Serpentine pattern! You'll moderate your speed and not get out of control.
