Day Z Standalone

Hello , I've seen many videos about Day Z mod and i love it but i've just read there will be a Standalone version. So my question is :

Is it worth to wait to Standalone version or should i buy arma 2 and play dayz mod?

and does anybody knows when will standalone version be released?

Its up to you the standalone will be released when its ready Rocket has said he hopes before the end of the year but there is no official date so it could be next year before its out. The mod has many bugs but is a fantastic game it depends if you want to play the game now or wait for a more stable release in a few months.

Thanks for answer , i'll buy Arma 2 for play Dayz mod and well enjoy it untill standalone is released.

Someone get rid of the Obama pic before I get sick. If he finds out about this game, there will be a tax to play it.

Play the mod with a light heart, keep in mind it is just a mod as many other forget. Play with others if you can to get a better experience.
