Getting kicked for scripting

Hello there,

A month ago or so I was banned for scripting on my own private server (by battleye).

I made a server for myself and decided to have some fun with friends. I got banned and I decided to buy a new cd-key.

I made a fresh install of the game so the scripts should be gone and all of that.

Every time I want to check the player list by pressing shift+P. Or clicking on the "server control" button on the menu screen I get kicked for "script restriction" (or something like that).

I'm affraid to get banned again.

So what should I do? Is this normal? are other people getting it as well?

P.S. I swear I'm not scripting again. I'm not going to pay for the entire game again.

No, it's just a bug with battleye, you should use this: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=9647

It's a separate rcon program that makes life so much easier for server admins :)
