Everytime i try to launch arma 2 or operation arrowhead it launches dayz instead.

The title says it all. i want to play the real arma 2 but every time I load it up through steam it loads dayz. How can i fix this?

Use an external launcher for dayz and then under the op arrowhead options in steam, there's a field for "Startup Parameters" - remove what's in that, or even just add -nosplash to help it load faster.

Save yourself a headache and just disable it in via the main Arma menu.
