Playing sounds to players in game, how do I do this?

I see videos on youtube here and there of players scaring others in game by using helicopter sounds, predator sounds, etc, or just playing music. I'd like to know what program I can use to help do this, thanks in advance.

plug ur audio input cable into your mic input. You're gonna need a 3.55mm jack split if u wanna have ur mic and audio running at the same time.

I use a laptop with a built in mic. I'm looking for a program.

I know some people can do this with changing your mic output to stereo mix, but that also plays the sounds in your game too. The might be some programs that let you run sounds underneath. Good luck!
