MY inventory does not work. I right click, double tap, nothing works. And that sucks, too, because I was bleeding out earlier and couldn't bandage. WTF is going on? Have I not installed something right?

i am having the exact same problem where nothing in my inventory is useable. everything els works properly like the game loads i can play but when i try using the mouse wheel to use an item nothing pops up. so please help if anyone knows how to fix this.
