[Swey] cheaters on Pantheon Server

[swey] Wumbo and [swey] CaptainSnuggles have been banned for teleporting, scripting in weapons and vehicles, and using aimbots. Our other server admins, Valediction and Coldkill can verify this as well as ~5 other PGC players.
