CANT NOT JOIN 70 PPL SERVER!

I can not join us 616. it is out of 70 people and IT wont let me join. Stuck at waiting for server OR when i DO click OK, IT messes up and recieving 0 mb and I see ppl in the TERRORIST, AND THE BLUE FOR!!! HELP

Why in the hell would you want to join a server with 70 people? For one, it'll take you at least ten minutes just to get into the game. Two, that's a hackers wet dream. Just insta-kill everyone and have 69 pissed off players.

my friends are inside, and No hackers right now... ALSO IF i do see the player list Its has a grey bar over my name and Wont allow me to click on. And it says im missing a addon./creating something .pbo
