DayZ won't update?

I have recently just got DayZ commander, both ARMA II and DayZ were out of date so I went to try to install the most recent update. When I clicked install it instantly fails and says "Error downloading" for ARMA II and

"Error downloading file System.net.webEx at system.net.socket.Endconnection at sytem.net.ServicePoint.socketconnect END OF INNER EXCEPTION STACK TRACE"

for DayZ. I have read every forum post on this particular issue and no one seems to have this exact problem.
