There is nothing wrong with using spawned in weapons, you only are suspicious of being the one who spawned them in. You can not get globally banned for picking these up, nor will the DayZ Staff punish you for picking these up. If you are banned by a global ban soon after, then either you did hack it in or it may as well be a false positive. Please stop shitting on peoples experience please.

For what it's worth i didn't take anything out of the crate. You'll notice i begin and leave with my Lee Enfield.
