Stuck!!

Stuck under the water on the sea floor sitting down and cannot move or do anything. I even restarted and im still there. Is there anyway to kill myself?

Wait for "Setup Complete" then hit ESC leaving the menu up until you finish spawning (this leaves Respawn available and won't be greyed out) then hit Respawn.
