Video Drivers keep crashing (Only on DayZ though)

Hello everyone, I've been having trouble with my DayZ client as the video on the game keeps freezing on me. I can actually move around and the audio of the game is still working, But the video just gives out. There is also a window popup at the bottom right of the screen that says "video drivers went unresponsive and have begun responding again" or something along those lines. I'm pretty sure it's my video drivers that are the problem but I do have the latest driver's installed and my old ones uninstalled. I have an AMD Radeon 7770 video card. Please help!

This probably isn't your issue, but I had the same problem when I had overclocked my video card too much.

This happens to me , i got a sapphire amd radeon hd 6870 i cant find a fix for it , it only started to happen to me after the last patch.
