Problem: You logged off or ALT-F4'd while in shock. (little white icon above bone breakage, doesn't matter where you got it from)

Solution: Die!

No, there is an easier solution to this problem. You need to get shock again somehow and wait it out without disconnecting. The best way to do this is to have a mate shoot you in the leg with a sidearm. This works every time.
