Everyone on our server being kicked for Script Restriction #90

While playing yesterday on our server, I fell off the stairs in the firehouse at NE Airfield and I was immediately kicked for Script Restriction #90. Now no one can get on our server - you're instantly kicked for the same "violation"

This is Line 90 in our scripts file

1 JIPexec !"\"JIPexec\"," !"rJIPexec = 'JIPexec'" !"rJIPrequestcode = compile PreprocessFile (BIS_PathMPscriptCommands + 'JIPrequest.sqf')"

Shouldn't be kicking for that? I've tried restarting and nothing seems to work.
