We have hundreds of regular and thousands of different players/clans on our server and it's a shame but the request to have our whitelisted IP changed from over a week ago appears to be stuck in some ever increasing queue. I don't envy the people who have to process all of those requests. :(

Our new, much more expensive/powerful server, has been up for over a week now waiting for the change. The old servers billing period ends tomorrow and we'll have to just back up everything to the new server and wait.

Hopefully we'll be back and didn't just throw hundreds of dollars down the toilet on this new server.
