Laggy home server

So my home server has suddenly became laggy and I'm down to 5-10fps. When I go to any other server I get a smooth 60-100fps.

Does this mean its a server side problem or can I do something about it?

You have a home server? So that means it's a private server, and this forum doesn't support (or give support for) private servers.

But, since I'm a nice guy; the problem is server side, so you should be able to do something about it.

I wish I have a private server, I just call it a home server cause that is the server I play the most on. Guess only the Admin can fix it.
