Does your character save in every server you go too? I was reading a previous thread and someone mentioned that they would like to play there character for a long time, I thought when you left the server it all got deleted.

Is that the reason why I keep dieing when I enter every server?

Yes your character will keep your gear in every server except private hive, those run separate.

When I join some servers it takes like 10minutes for me to respawn, is this the spawning time by default or by the server settings?

Pick a server in your location, join ones that are fewer players for quicker setup. It varies by server.
