Black loading screen without progress bar

For about 2 weeks now I have not been able to get into a server, I get past waiting for character to create but then just get stuck on the black loading screen without the progress bar, I have the latest beta which I manually installed and I have also manually installed battleeye, I never join servers with higher ping that 60, The servers I join are never really busy 10-20 players

is there anything I can do without reinstalling arma 2 C.O?
