Enable namescanning without range

Why have it enabled anyways... (either with or without range)...

You should either scan with your own eyes without using "cheats" or walk towards the guy and ask for his name...

I'm sorry to say, but this feature is even worse then side chat and should be removed completly from DayZ (unless group function is enabled).

It's a hardcoded feature in the ArmA2 engine, so you can keep track of squad members while they're far away (to prevent friendly fire).

You can disable it in total, but not partially.
