The server you're connecting to is too far away, connect to one with a lower ping.

Then you live in the middle of nowhere and you'll have to deal with high pings.

There's no way to lower a server's ping. You could be backgrounding Crysis 2 and pings will stay the same.

k so check it i can join a game and play with no lag at all it runs perfictly but on all the server list things where it has the ping it is round 250 to 300 + on every server? and when i join a game i get kicker for haveing to high of ping like im confused cuz the game is running no problem if there is anymore info you need to help please let me know :)
