Cheater/Invincible character on US 742

User name Dale was running around Elektro killing everyone at first with an M4 then an SVD. Me and partner ran into this person twice and both times we fired multiple shots into him and no effect at all. Even took the time to reload the SVD while being attacked. Other people tried as well to shoot and all were killed.
