Whenever I open my DayZ Commander it doesn't load/open

I have tried re-installing/repairing DayZ Commander, re-installing/repairing Framework, etc. but everytime I open DayZ Commander it opens, but stays minimized in my windows explorer bar at the bottom of my screen. I have tried everything I know to try in attempts to fix it but it just wont open. How do I fix this?
