DAYZ and TCAdmin

Hello,

I noticed that in the START HERE: A Beginners Guide to DayZ Servers and Administration it shows a couple of pics of part of the TCAdmin, my question is is there a config file somewhere that goes into Games & Other Voice Servers area? Also I am having trouble getting it to see the config files that I edit like the Guide says, what is the path to the cfg files in the TCAdmin game setup?
