You need to find or have it in you inventory and put it on like a ghillie suit. Unless you mean you have a bandit towel?

I am one of those guys that is trying to return some humanity to the game with random acts of kindness. Providing healing, meat, obvious tents filled with useful items.

But since I donned the ghillie suit it is proving somewhat precarious.

I've been almost avoiding ghille suits ever since humanity was implemented. I can verify that on the server "US 1030" there is a huge tent camp in Cherno full of loot. When I went there, there was at least 8 pairs of Civilian Clothes. You can check that out.
