stout1332 6 Posted August 23, 2012 I used them based off of a thread I found here and I must say, as someone who hosts a ton of servers for various games for a large group I am involved with, that I am severely disappointed in their customer service and support. It takes hours at best to get a response for any help tickets. I just started the server a few days ago and have yet to get any help with my issues. Once I do get a response on a ticket and I respond back on that same ticket I never hear from them again. What is a better option to take my business to for a DayZ server?
