Change timezone

Can someone please explain how i can change the timezone of my server (dedicated)? I have been googling but i cannot find anything to help me..

Would be much appreciated!

Change the actual timezone on your server by clicking on the clock, select, "change timezone/date and time settings", select, "change time zone", restart server.

Make sure you edit your config file to correlate to the timezone selected.
