Dual Local Connection Issues

Hello everyone, I'm having some connection problems when trying to play with my sister on the same server. Were both connected to the same router in my home and were both wired connections. When one of us connects to the same server it boots the other person off. Some servers we can connect and play together and others will just boot whoever connected first. Restarting our computers, router and modem can sometimes fix this issue but for the most part it does nothing and we end up with the same result. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could possibly fix this issue? Many thanks in advance.

Edit: As a side note, this happens when either in 1.6 or 1.7. Currently we both have 1.7 and the latest beta patch installed.

I would love to get this problem fixed I talked 4 friends into buying ARMA 2 JUST so we could all play together and now we can't. Tried both 1.6 and 1.7. No luck for either one. Please fix this.

I don't get why a few servers will work and then others wont work at all. Just boots the other off. Was hoping someone would have some insight into it.
