Cannot equip a new bag-only option is to open the bag

Hello all. I have run into an aggravating problem. I am currently in Elektro in a store and I've come across a bag. I dropped the starter bag to pick up the Czech bag that was in front of me. However I d/c'd before I could make the transition. I logged back in and my old bag was gone and I now only have the option to open the bag. I've jumped from server to server to see if it was any different but to my dismay it was not. So out of frustration, is there something I am missing to allow me to equip a new bag? I've tried different bags in different stores on different servers. I have also tried moving items spawned underneath the bag but I still have no luck.

For futher info when I do select the option to "open the bag" it only shows my current inventory

Did you mouse wheel to change the option to take bag?
