Evrytime i try to join a server it says failed to update or something

Any ideas? is there like a auto update?

Either go to the battleye webpage and download the update yourself, or continue to join a server until it finally updates on it's own.

I use "play with six" to launch my games, this automaticly downloads updates etc for the game. I am yet to have a problem logging into a game.
