I was in Elektro and I went to the power plant fire station and found a tent with an l85a2 aws with 5 mags and a radio. From what I've heard radios aren't in dayz and i was wondering if i should drop the radio and the gun incase i get banned for hacking even though i didn't. Someone please help me out!!

You don't get banned for looting a hacked in weapon. So you should be ok with the rifle. I would ditch the radio tho :-)

Incase an Admin accuses you, the logs show who created the tent/radio.

You will not be banned for having hacked items. Toss the radio it's useless. Unless it makes you feel special. :)
