Green mountain ATV: Where is it?

I don't have a gps so I can't use GR: 037083 in game; however, I used dayzdb.com/map and noticed that although the icon for the ATV was located at the top of the mountain the coords were way off. So I checked both where the icon was on the map and the actual cords. I tried 4 different servers with no previal...I might just be unlucky but before I server hop again I just want to make sure it is in one of those two spots.

TLDR: Where is the ATV at/near Green Mountain

Edit #1: I checked around Google and Youtube for at least 10-15 minutes and couldn't find any resource that showed me where it was besides the cords and icon on map. Really didn't want to spam this forum, but I can't walk to destinations any longer, it is too slow :(

Those maps show where stuff COULD spawn not where it does.
