Global ban with 96061 patch?

A friend got a global ban apparantly, after getting the following wrror message: Failed to update Battleeye Failed to receive from BE Master

We have updated to beta 96061 and I have been playing with 96061 for a few hours already earlier this evening without any issues.

The server version is 96063

Both server and us use DayZ version 1.7.2.5

So, hehe what is happening? Could this be the same thing that happened to others with the 775 patch earlier?

Calm down, everyone with the patch gets banned, everyone without gets kicked. Fail.

Hm, now my friend is in the game again, though he did say he got a global ban message earlier.
