Any Mil-Sim Units?

Was wondering if there were any Units out there with Mil-Sim sensibilities. Perhaps they're even named after a unit. (SAS, Delta Force, Mercenaries etc)

A Unit with squads, assignments, MOS's, training, knowledge of tactics, sector watching, separate missions for each squad, knowledge of formations, command structure, and so on.

The whole 9 yards.

I post in the bandit forum but maybe sometimes things get a little grey?

Does such a military group exist? Mature please, i'm 28.

My group uses brevity and we operate as a small fireteam using knowledge from previous milsim experience, but we simply don't have the numbers to go the whole 9. I'd be interested in anyone who does, however.
