Jachammer 0 Posted August 22, 2012 From my experience, everyone is now either a complete noob, running around getting sniped on the beaches, or in a group, almost fully geared always getting vehicles and such.And the thing is, that isn't really what I would like out of this experience. I would like to propose a reset of all characters, so we get that fresh out of the box, everyone is at the same stage, gameplay that it seems Rocket is fronting.Thoughts? sp86 508 Posted August 22, 2012 Find a fresh server get to work, because the groups will always have more resources. This leaves you with two options, player hunting or camp hunting. Camp hunting doesn't impact your humanity and is intrinsically safer, but it's also more difficult (and tedious). But other than that guy, them's the breaks. Jachammer 0 Posted August 22, 2012 Well I've been in several groups, going player hunting, had a few choppers, wandered my share of kilometres alone in the wildernes... But it felt the most real when I was scared going after a guy with a winchester in Cherno, not knowing if the guy was waiting for me. grylsyjaeger 171 Posted August 22, 2012 I reckon when they fix the duping issue they should reset everything to get rid of all the stockpiles of gear clans and groups have amassed. I don't really understand what causes artifacting outside of heat/bad hardware, but as it is tied to specific objects in the game, that would say to me it's something along the line of an artwork/modeling fix.
