Don't know what to do - Vehicles in my server

Sunday (19/08) my server start to list in game. I rent with Altitude Host.

Everything was set up appropriately, but my server dont have any vehicles.

I sent a ticket for them and they say that the DEV need to respaw my vehicles. Its not something that they can do.

So what do I have to do to fix that? Why its take so long to have something that I paid for?

With who should I talk about it?

I searched threads that talk about this issue but have not found any.

Can you guys help me?

They give my the IntanceID server. Do I have to post it here?

If they gave you a new instanceID it will take 7 days i think for vehicles to spawn.

If they gave you an old instanceID, wich is kinda like giving out an old map. Vehicles wont be at the spawn points, more scatterd around then :)

An old couldn't be 'cause we (my friends and I) walk all the map search for vehicles.

So we need to wait 7 days?

We are in 2.4 version but I'll update now to 2.5.
