Player with hacked weapon 19:03 UK238 today

I was watching my server console today after applying the new security patch. I then logged into the server to play and at 19:03 a player joined by the name of [Detective] John Kimble

I then looked at my second monitor witch had the console open and I saw he had a BAF_AS50_TWS and I don't if he is a hacker or just had a hackers item and i just wanted to report this for the staff of DayZ to give me advice on what to do.

Below ill pasted what came up in my console when he joined

I dont care if they created them? or just picked them up..

Ban, They are using weapons which is not in this mod, Which is an exploit, exploits should be enough reaason to ban,

Actually they are using weapons that have been said to be legal by the publishers of the game, let them play with it, as long as they havnt spawned it in.. Follow the rules that have been set.. please

What about people that don't know what guns spawn in this game and which guns don't?

Noob kills another player, who scripted a ammo crate and took an AS-50 TWS, Noob thinks sweet a sniper I'll have that. But you'd want to ban that player for simply taking the spoils of his kill?

Seems like an exploit that all admins can just look up all your info to see where you came in and what with,then come onto the field with that advantage.id like to log in and know where players are and whay they have,that affects gameplay id think,especially with alot of admin abuse ive seen posted where admins dont follow the TOS they agreed to when they started thier servers,like the ones that just ban for having a certain weapon when they arent allowed to ban for them

I don't want to ban him but I'm just asking what I should do.

And on relation to this I have my server day-night cycle on GMT-9 server is hosted in Amsterdam it had just turn day by an hour and it started to turn night now I don't know if it related to him or not but its kind of weird that the time changed

Wheres the proof he scripted the stuff? If there is no proof he scripted it,you cant ban,read the rules.he could have simply picked it up off of a dead guy.
