Like I said, only 5 slots were available on the server.

I am pretty sure more info here would be helpful, such as how long was it set to this for, was there any message in server name, was the server having issues prior to this (performance desync).

Not being critical but with out any details it makes any investigation or categorisation a lot of effort and a possible waste of time.
