I'm in need of some help. Got an infection, and I'm down past 5000 blood. Would be nice if you could get me antibiotics and a blood transfusion. I don't know what I could pay in return though, and antibiotics are very rare. I'm literally running on bare minimum man. xD

same here, got an infection but have some cooked meat so I can last a while. Would be nice if somebody could drop by some antibiotics, since I'm way over at devil's castle :(
