Need help with server

i host my own dayz server but there seems to be a problem with other people connecting and staying connected.

for example the server log would say:

"[insert player name here] has connected"

then immediatley after it would say about the same player:

"[insert player name here] has disconnected"

why is this happening? any help appreciated...will post pic if needed.
