Hello, I'm pretty new to the game and was on my way to the main city when I saw this building and climbed to the roof, It has 2 ladders that lead to the roof, and is close to the water. You can see the church in front of you a little bit to the right and the Supermarket is nearby as well. You can't enter the building (I assume) and it is off to the side of a side road. Help would be greatly appreciated. I'll join your server and wait for you there. In exchange I can offer you an item, just inbox me if you're wondering what the item is and are willing to help.
