Has this happened to anyone else?

Recommended Posts

So I walked all the way to the Northwest Airfield about an hour ago, logged out, ate some dinner and logged back in. However, when I spawn, I spawn in Otmel. Both servers I logged into were connected to the hive too. What the fuck bro.

You quit on a loading screen, amirite?

No sir, I aborted, disconnected, and waited for the game to close itself out.

You were de-synced for an un-godly amount of time, and now you've re-synced?

You can spawn on the coast (wrongly) for 2 reasons.

1. You quit on a loading screen and your location got lost in the matrix. When you are loading you are placed in the debug plains then transported when you are loaded in. If you quit while your location is in the plains then you will spawn on the coast on the next successful load.

2. Server hopping.

Which one was it?

Neither, I literally, logged out, and came back an hour later. I specifically remember the game closing on its own because I've heard about spawning on the coast from closing the game while it's loading.
