Scrap metal crafting

Scrap metal is pretty rare in my opinion and there are many tin cans lying around so it would be nice if you could collect tin cans and craft scrap metal from them which you can use to repair vehicles.

I don't know. After running around, I can look at a building and tell you if it's gng to have scrap metal in it.

Usually factories and the like. It's not all that rare, IMHO.

Yeah, it aint that rare and repairing vehicles needs to be hard to do.
