Would i get the kill if....

i shoot a guy, he Alt-F4 before i get the kill but i did shoot a fatal hit. He logs back in and dies anyway ?

You'll only get a kill if you deliver the killing blow, if a guy bleeds out by your shots, you will not get a kill either.

Not totally true, I have gotten several kills from someone bleeding out and kills from hitting someone and knocking them out followed by them being eaten by zombies.

In regards to the OP, chances are you won't get the murder or bandit kill with them logging out.
