I spawned with permanent hourglass need Id reset please!

I got killed and re spawned with a new character who fell to the ground knocked out, and the hourglass is not moving. Can you please reset my character or send me a new player id.

current player id: 5686336

I got the same problem except i was getting shot at so I shot back then I got kicked by the server admin and now i have all my gear but a permanent hourglass is there anyway to fix this or do my stats have to reset.
