well obviously but I was unaware of pipebombs being in dayz was just wondering if that was satchel charges maybe. The guy had 12 of them within 5 seconds so I don't think it's legit either way.

Nevermind I googled the pipebomb and that is the class for satchel charges. Still leaving the ban because I don't see how he found 12 of them in under a minute.

Always possible they came upon a tent belonging to someone else that had them in there. I've seen this before as well as vehicle inventories. If they were duped or not is another thing but it wouldn't be impossible for someone to find 12 of them on a server. The chances that they were finding 12, one at a time in random grid locations around the map is pretty much a dead give away however.
