Graphic error (Not atifacting)

Hey all,

I've dug quite a bit but haven't been able to find anything on the problem I'm having-

Maybe because it is named something I am unaware of. In any case, after joining a server,

I'm greeted with a loading screen that is brightly colored and flickering. There are a

number of different colors such as: Neon pink/green, and yellow, ect.... Occasionally, just

logging out and rejoining will correct it, but other times, it follows me to other servers

and persists in-game.
