Arma II OA being a bitch and a half

Hi there, Im getting a weird glitch/error, when I run Operation Arrowhead, the menu and background stay as my desktop, and my cursor is changed to the one on the menu. I cannot see, or click anything till I use tack manager to shut down the process. This also applies to Dayz Commander. I would load up a server, and the same thing would happen. I am currently re installing Operation Arrowhead, and I was wondering if this happened to anyone else, or if re installing doesn't work, if anyone else knows how to fix it. Thanks for your time :)
