Stuck at loading screen most of the time... 1.7

Anyone else having any similar problems?

I have managed to connect to three playable servers in the last 2 days. :(

Any advice would be appreciated.

Been stuck on 2/3rds. of the "loading" bar just waiting since yesterday. Don't know much else if it's the same problem, bug or just me being impatient.

black screen with a partial laoding bar?....yup. been trying since yesterday and if i dont get kicked immediately from almost every server i get the black screen of death....disappointing since i've bought the Arma 2 just to play Dayz and i've yet to be able to actually join a game.

thats ok then, as long as others are suffering I can wait :P

plus at least if a few people highlight the problem a fix will come quicker.

Tried this but no go :( Oh well

** Found my issue .. steam was downlading crap in the background grinding my system to a halt with the game. stopped it and the game loaded.

I've been trying since yesterday, when I dl'ed DayZ, getting this same issue. Stuck loading every single time. I'll check back for updates, but until then I can't play DayZ.
