Reduce Bicycle Speed

Very short suggestion:

The current speed of a bicycle is 50-60 kmh on roads and 40 kmh offroads.

1. This is not realistic

2. For me it is not good for game immersion, because I constantly notice how unrealistic that is.

Unless no stamina system is introduced, speed shout be limited to

35 kmh on roads (flat)

and 20 kmh offroads

I think it should be 45 km/h on flat, paved roads and 30 km/h while off-road.

If anything, the speed of cars, trucks, vans, etc while on dirt-roads/offroad should be increased. Dropping from 100 km/h to 25 km/h just because I drove onto a dirt road is ridiculous.
